What does your Honda's Maintenance Minder code mean?
US-market Hondas have no fixed mileage schedule. The Maintenance Minder works out oil life from how the car is driven and shows a code such as A1 or B137 when service is due. Pick your model to decode it and see the fluids and parts each job uses.

Honda sets only two jobs by time: an engine oil change at least once a year, and new brake fluid at least every 3 years. Everything else is due when the Maintenance Minder shows its code, which depends on how the car is driven, so no year is given for it.
Main codes
Every Maintenance Minder message starts with A or B.
Fluids and parts
Sub codes (added to A or B when due)
Time limits and severe driving
These apply on top of the Maintenance Minder. If more than one applies, follow whichever comes first.
How the Maintenance Minder works
The car calculates the remaining engine oil life from engine operating conditions, so two identical cars can be due at different mileages.
15% service due soon · 5% service due now · below 0% a negative distance blinks: service is past due.
The letter (A or B) is the main service. Any numbers shown with it (1–7) are extra jobs to do at the same visit.
The Minder must be reset after each service, otherwise the next reminder will be wrong.
