Renault service schedule at a glance
Renault sets one maintenance schedule for each model. This page covers the Kwid, Triber, Kiger and Duster. After a first service at 2,000 km with no replacements, there is one visit every 10,000 km or 1 year, whichever comes first, for 12 years (120,000 km). The engine oil, oil filter and air filter are replaced at every visit.
Open a model below to see which parts and fluids are replaced in which service year. Each item also has its own distance interval, so if you drive more than 10,000 km a year it falls due earlier. Under severe use (mostly short city trips, towing or dusty roads) the distance intervals for oil, filters and belts are halved.

Guide
How Renault servicing works in India
Renault cars in India get a first service at 2,000 km, where nothing is replaced, and then one periodic service every 10,000 km or once a year, whichever comes first. This page shows every service year up to 12 years or 120,000 km for the Kwid, Triber, Kiger and Duster.
Every service replaces the engine oil, oil filter and air filter and includes a fixed list of checks: brakes, tyres, lights, fluid levels and seals, the 12 V battery, a diagnostic check of the vehicle's computers and an anti-corrosion check.
Items with their own interval
Cabin filter: every service on the Triber, Kiger and Duster; every 20,000 km on the Kwid (replaced every second year, inspected in between).
Brake fluid: marked in years 3, 6, 9 and 12; on the Kwid, Triber and Kiger the distance interval is 60,000 km.
Engine coolant: every 80,000 km; marked in years 4, 8 and 12 on the Triber, Kiger and Duster, and in years 3, 6, 9 and 12 on the Kwid.
Fuel filter: at 120,000 km (year 12) on the Kwid, Triber and Kiger.
Spark plugs and belts
Spark plugs are replaced every 30,000 km on the Kwid, every 60,000 km on the Triber, the Kiger 1.0 (BR10) and the Duster, and every 100,000 km on the Kiger 1.0 Turbo (HR10). Accessory belts and rollers are replaced every 80,000 km, except on the Kwid AMT, where the belt is replaced every 30,000 km and inspected at the other services.
Severe use
If at least half your journeys are slow city trips or idling, if you tow a trailer over 500 kg for at least 30% of your driving, or if you drive in dusty conditions, the distance intervals for the engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, cabin filter and accessory belts are halved. Mostly idling also halves the time interval for the oil and oil filter.
